What we did

Together with our US partner BigSafari and Resilient Community, we build patient–therapist matching around licensing, clinical discipline, hospital credentials, distance and workload. Coordinators and therapists control assignment and acceptance. Our work also extends to AI-assisted clinical documentation and patient-facing tools.

What we did

After we took ownership of PDFPro, revenue grew by 100%+ within one year. We rebuilt the account experience on a serverless architecture, connected billing and entitlements, and handled the migration from FastSpring to Stripe. Monitoring and operational improvements support the product beyond launch.

Atlas

Key software in a bank-critical flow: the property valuations behind mortgage lending, from branch request and evaluator assignment to review and delivery.

What we did

A mortgage can’t move forward without a property valuation. Atlas runs that flow for OTP Nekretnine: branch requests, evaluator assignment, SLA tracking and payment matching. AI extracts valuation data from evaluators’ spreadsheets; people review the results and stay in control.

Bitcoin L2 · Core protocol engineering

Nearly 10M requests. Two and a half days.

We built Arch’s core blockchain technology in Rust: a custom Bitcoin L2 with a smart-contract processing engine.

What we did

Alongside the core blockchain technology, we built a gamification dashboard that served nearly 10 million requests and 36,000 users in its first two and a half days. We also delivered social-action verification and a custom on-chain transaction indexer.
